Paediatric dentistry

Paediatric dentistry is concerned with dental treatment for children. Treatments are generally quite similar to those provided for adults. Although we care for children of all ages, it is very difficult, even impossible, to treat children under the age of three.

We advise parents who wish to take out dental insurance for their children to arrange an initial consultation before the child reaches the age of two.
Otherwise, the ideal time for your child’s first appointment with the dentist is at about four years of age, assuming no problems arise beforehand.
